I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff made me feel genuinely welcomed, especially the receptionist whose name started with an 'E'. The room I was given was fantastic, offering stunning views and great amenities. However, I did encounter some issues with equipment rental and dining availability during a busy holiday period that slightly marred my experience. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its great hospitality and beautiful views.

My stay at Park Chalet was incredibly memorable, thanks to its breathtaking views and beautiful surroundings. The location near the Shahdag Mountain range is just stunning, and I enjoyed my time in the comfortable room, although I found the temperature controls a little restrictive. While the staff was genuinely friendly, it seemed there were some training gaps that surfaced during my visit. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore the incredible Azerbaijan mountains.
